We hope that you haven’t gone on holiday just yet (not long to go now), and that you will have a chance to read our E-newsletter No. 2!

  • had your stand setup details checked by our Technical Department ?
  • appointed a Health and Safety (SPS) Coordinator (if applicable)?

We remind you that your stand must be fitted out by 2 October at 8.00 am at the latest to be ready for the press opening and open for the two sneak preview evenings. A quick reminder:

For information :
VIP evening : Thursday 2 October from 8.00 pm to midnight (exclusive access for people with “VIP evening” invitation cards or "cards of Honour".
Exhibitor badges are only valid until 8.00 pm)    
Halls 2/1 and 7/1 will not be involved in this event


 Networking evening: Friday 3 October from 7.00 pm to midnight (access for people with “Networking” invitation cards, “Cards of Honour” and Exhibitor badges).
Hall 7/1 is not involved in this event
